Refund and Returns Policy

We sell digital products (PDF worksheets, video courses, quizzes), which are delivered instantly upon purchase.
Because of the nature of digital downloads, we follow a strict No Refund Policy.

  1. No Refund on Digital Products

Once a course or PDF is purchased, we do not offer refunds, because:

  • Digital files cannot be “returned”
  • Instant access means the product is already delivered

This includes:

  • Video courses
  • Quiz access
  • PDF worksheet bundles
  • Any downloadable material

  1. No Cancellation Policy

Since access is given immediately after payment:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled
  • Access cannot be revoked for refunds

  1. Duplicate Payment

If you were charged twice due to a payment gateway error:

  • Email us with proof of payment
  • Refund will be processed for the duplicate amount only

  1. File Download Issues

If you face trouble downloading:

  • We will assist by sending alternate download links
  • No refund will be issued

  1. Wrong Product Purchased

If you mistakenly purchased the wrong digital product:

  • We may allow exchange with another product of equal value
  • No monetary refund is provided
